1, What you see on our website is exactly what you will get. We do not guarantee our watches are 100% same as ORIGINAL watches.

2, After you order and pay, you can not change the order or cancel it. If we are unable to ship out your order in 10 days, we refund you.

3, If the watches arrive defective, you ship the watches back to us and we ship you replacement or refund you. The return shipping cost is on your expense.

4, When you receive the watch, if the watch works and is same as what you ordered, you can not return the watch to us just because you do not like it.

5, After wearing, when the watch needs repairing, you pay for round shipping and we do free repairing for you for life time. However, if the repairing involves replacing some part of the watch, e.g movement, glass, strap, etc, you need to pay for it.

Shipping: Sometimes your chosen shipping method becomes not available due to some unexpected reason, e.g custom raiding, flight shortages ( especially near Christmas ). In that case, we will change the shipping method according to shipping situation here.
And we are not held responsible if the package is not delivered during the estimated time period. Many reasons will affect the delivery time of the package - weather, custom check, holiday, flight availability, bad weather etc. These factors are something we can not control.
